We currently ship within India only.

Orders are delivered to the address provided by the customer at checkout.

2. Shipping Partner

We use Shiprocket as our logistics aggregator.

Orders are shipped through registered domestic courier partners available via Shiprocket.

3. Order Processing Time

Orders are usually processed and dispatched within 1–3 working days after successful payment.

During high-demand periods, holidays, or operational constraints, processing may take slightly longer.

4. Estimated Delivery Time

After dispatch, delivery typically takes 3–7 business days, depending on the delivery location and courier service.

These timelines are estimates and not guaranteed.

5. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges, if applicable, are clearly displayed at checkout before order confirmation.

6. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, tracking details will be shared via email or WhatsApp.

You can track your shipment using the provided tracking link.

7. Mandatory Acceptance of Dispatched Orders

Once an order has been successfully dispatched, it is mandatory for the customer to accept the delivery.

Refusal to accept a dispatched order without a valid reason may result in cancellation of future orders or additional charges, as applicable.

8. Delays in Delivery

While we strive to ensure timely delivery, delays may occur due to factors beyond our control, such as:

Courier partner delays

Weather conditions

Strikes, regional restrictions, or other unforeseen circumstances

In such cases, we kindly request customers to be patient, as we actively coordinate with our logistics partners.

Sigma Craft is not liable for delays once the shipment has been handed over to the courier.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping details.

Orders delayed or returned due to incorrect address information may require re-shipping, which could involve additional charges.
