Cancellation, Return & Refund Policy

At Sigma Craft, we value transparency and fairness. Please read this policy carefully before placing an order.

1. Return Window

We offer a 7-day return window from the date you receive your item.

Return requests raised after 7 days of delivery will not be accepted.

2. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition as received.

It must be returned in its original packaging.

Proof of purchase (order confirmation or invoice) is mandatory.

3. Return Process (Mandatory)

Customers must contact us first before sending any return.

Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

If the return is approved, we will arrange a pickup from your location and share further instructions.

4. Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Product

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.

If the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos or videos.

We will evaluate the issue and provide an appropriate resolution.

5. Partial Refund

If a returned item does not meet return eligibility conditions after inspection:

A partial refund of 50% of the product MRP will be issued.

The customer can keep the product, and no return pickup will be initiated.

This decision will be communicated clearly after inspection.

6. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

Sale or discounted items

Gift cards

Custom or personalized products

7. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.

To receive a different item, please return the original product (if eligible) and place a new order separately.

8. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding approval or rejection.

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days.

Banks or payment providers may take additional time to reflect the refund.
